Acceptance and validation
It is the responsibility of the customer to check their "My Predictions" page to ensure the information is correct. Once a prediction has been confirmed by the customer the prediction has been accepted. Customers may change their predictions as many times as they wish until the gameweek deadline.
PlayABall reserve the right to close a customer's account without notice. Should this happen all outstanding predictions will be declared void.

Time of Acceptance
Predictions are valid if accepted before the gameweek deadline in the case of PlayABalls weekly, monthly and seasonal leagues, and before the gameweek cut off date provided by the founder of a Friend's League in the case of all Friends' Leagues. Predictions cannot be processed once the published deadlines have been reached.

Entries into PlayABall Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal Leagues
- Entries can be made by customers who have signed up to PlayABall's website only.
- Entries are automatically placed in the weekly, monthly and seasonal leagues when they confirm a prediction
- All prediction scores are calculated using PlayABalls scoring system

Scoring System
Customers are rewarded points for fulfilling any of PlayABall's conditions shown below.
Predicting the correct home score = 3 points
Predicting the correct away score = 3 points
Predicting the correct result (i.e win, loose or draw) = 7 points
Predicting the correct goal difference = 1 point
Goals bonus = Goals scored, if (predicted goals = actual goals)

Examples are given below based on the actual result example provided

- correct home score = 3 points
- correct result = 7 points
- Bonus = 3 points

Prediction 3: 11 points
Home Team 2 Away Team 1
- correct away score = 3 points
- correct result = 7 points
- bonus = 1 point

Prediction 4: 7 points
Home team 1 Away Team 0
- correct result = 7 points

Prediction 5: 6 points
Home team 3 Away Team 3
- correct home score = 3 points
- Bonus = 3 points

Prediction 6: 0 points
Home team 2 Away Team 2

Please note that correct goal difference must be in the correct direction. Therefore no points are rewarded for the following prediction.

The means or medium by which the outcome of an event will be determined
All predictions placed using PlayABall Ltd's website will be settled on the Football Associations (FA) official results published immediately after the match is finished. If the FA amends their decision after the publication of their decision then all predictions will stand on their original results. Winners
- Winners of each league are determined by who is top of each league

The circumstance under which we will void a prediction
All predictions shall be made void under the following circumstances:
1. If our system fails and allows the entry of late bets
2. If an error is made in the terms or market conditions provided by PlayABall, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes. Should this occur every effort will be made to contact all customers affected to inform them of the error.

Treatment of errors, late predictions and related contingencies
Any results or scores displayed on the site for the current gameweek are for guidance proposes only until the gameweek is closed and end of gameweek e-mails are sent out.

Errors
Every effort will be made to ensure that all the information provided by PlayABall is accurate. If any errors are made by PlayABall then we endeavor to rectify the problem as soon as possible. However if an error is made the following will apply whether the error was caused by human error or technical problems.
- Any accepted predictions in error for an event will be void.
- If an error is made in the terms or market conditions provided by PlayABall, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes. Should this occur every effort will be made to contact all customers affected to inform them of the.

Late Predictions
1. Our system is designed to disallow any customer from making a late prediction
2. If an error in the system occurs and late entries have been allowed then PlayABall will void all late predictions.

Related contingencies
It is a common occurrence that Premiership fixtures get rescheduled. In the case that the rescheduling means that a fixture no longer falls within its original gameweek the fixture will be removed from this gameweek and the remaining fixtures will constitute the original gameweek. The rescheduled fixture will be placed in the gameweek that the new fixture date resides in. We reserve the right to modify gameweek deadlines to accommodate the rescheduling of fixtures.

The following will apply if a customer has submitted a prediction for a gameweek where a fixture has been rescheduled to a new gameweek and the customer has also submitted a prediction for the new gameweek.
- The default value of a 2:1 in favor of the home team will be entered for the rescheduled fixture in all predictions made in the new gameweek.
- An e-mail notification will be sent to the customer detailing the rescheduled fixture's old gameweek, new gameweek and the default prediction that has been submitted on the customer's behalf.
- The customer will have the opportunity to change the prediction for the rescheduled fixture until the new gameweek deadline has been reached.
